Experienced Reiki Practitioner and Soma Breath ® Instructor
I’m a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition and a member of the UK Reiki Federation, offering both in-person and distance healing in Leeds. I had the privilege of training with a Reiki Master who carries the direct lineage of Dr. Usui, the founder of the Reiki Healing System. It’s an honour to be part of this lineage and to offer you the transformative healing that Reiki brings.
I’m also excited to be a certified Soma Breath ® Instructor, offering you a chance to experience something very special. Let me guide you through deeply rejuvenating, life-changing breathing exercises, paired with specially composed music that activates different parts of the brain during meditation and breathwork. These sessions are a beautiful blend of ancient wisdom and modern science, designed to help you enter euphoric states, release emotional blockages, rebalance your nervous system and experience profound healing. Through the power of your breath, we’ll enhance your physical health, repair cells and tissues, strengthen your immunity, and build emotional resilience.
