Since stumbling upon SOMA Breath my life has totally transformed. Living with undiagnosed neurodiverse conditions had subjected my mind, and in turn my body, to chronic stress. On top of this, or possibly because of this, I developed M.E. twenty-five years ago. This piled on yet more strain and masking. So, when I experienced the onset of such debilitating pain, weakness, inflammation and poor mental health a few years ago it is no exaggeration to say that I was utterly broken. I felt disconnected and as if my life was over.

Then one memorable day whilst housebound with fatigue and mental burnout I lay back, put in my headphones and found myself listening to a SOMA Breath track. WOW! As I was carried away breathing in beats with the inspirational music, tingles started in my toes and fingertips. Within minutes, I could feel waves of energy flowing through my body. In this relaxed yet invigorated state I felt my consciousness expand and experienced the most exquisite peace and exhilaration. I was hooked.

As I’ve learnt more about SOMA breath my passion has grown and grown. I realised that I’ve being breathing inefficiently for years and have started to use my breath to control and calm my autonomous nervous system. Rather than letting my previously constant state of high alert fight or flight cause havoc in my body I can use my breath to regulate and take control.

One of the most exciting revelations has been the power of visualisation. Sending a positive intention out into the universe to call in what you want more of in your life actually works! Rather than focussing negative energy thinking about what I didn’t want, SOMA breath guided visualisations helped me manifest what I did want.
